Do you quarantine your fish and corals?
Yes — all livestock is quarantined and carefully acclimated before being sold, to ensure health and reduce stress.
Do you provide aquarium installation services?
Yes! We install freshwater and saltwater aquariums, including custom builds and commercial displays.
What’s included in an installation?
Our installation covers tank placement, plumbing, equipment setup, aquascaping, and initial water cycling.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Absolutely. We provide ongoing cleaning, testing, dosing, and livestock sourcing to keep your system thriving.
How much does installation or maintenance cost?
Pricing depends on tank size, equipment, and service level. Contact us for a free estimate.
How often do you update livestock availability?
Weekly. New arrivals are posted in-store and on the Livestock page of our website.
Do you sell live rock, substrates, and décor?
Yes, we carry live rock, dry rock, sand, gravel, aquasoil, driftwood, and décor options for aquascaping.
Can I book a maintenance appointment online?
Yes — you can book directly through our website under the Book Appointment tab.
Do you offer emergency aquarium services?
Yes, we provide emergency visits for tank issues such as leaks, equipment failures, or livestock distress.
Do you sell aquarium equipment and supplies?
Yes — we carry filters, pumps, lighting, heaters, RO/DI, salt mix, test kits, foods, and maintenance tools.
Do you deliver or ship livestock?
We currently do local deliveries in South Dakota — including Huron, Mitchell, and surrounding areas. Livestock shipping is not available at this time, but we’re happy to arrange pickup or delivery based on your location.
